Mike Todd

Mike Todd ran away from the swimming pool world to pursue an engineering degree in 1989. By 1994 he realized that what he loved to do was also what he was good at and he came back to the family business. Mike ran the service department, building it from one full-time technician to five full-time and two part time techs. He took over as president in 2007. With the addition of gunite pools, commercial pools and the Living Art landscape and design division, Mike has completely transformed Rainbow Pools' business model to what it is today. Mike is a Genesis 3 Gold member currently working towards his Society of Watershape Designers certification. He has completed their Elements of Design, Elements of Construction, CAD and Hydraulics classes. He is a member of the National Plasterers Council and is a certified start-up tech for plaster pools. He is a member of the APSP. Mike has a B.A. in history from Marist College and enjoys art and architecture and how it relates to pool and landscape design. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and running when his wife makes him.

David Delardi

David Delardi, landscape architect, is a true enthusiast of the living art landscape. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from NYS SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse, David went on to acquire his NYS Certification for professional practice of Landscape Architecture. David has been in the Green industry for about 20 years with an extensive understanding of Botany, Horticulture, Landscape Design, Waterscape Design and construction methods, techniques, and criteria that he might want to implement in his designs.

Tom Rabe

Tom took an unconventional path to joining the Rainbow Pools family.  In 1999, he decided to leave the New York State Troopers and start building pools. He decided he wanted to make people happy every day. In keeping with Rainbow tradition, Tom continues to grow and stay on the cutting edge of the Swimming Pool industry.  In addition to passing the rigorous John Todd training program 12 years ago, he is also certified in APSP Diving Board Standards as well as an APSP Certified Service Technician.  Tom has also completed the Genesis 3 class Elements of Construction. Tom enjoys spending time with his 2 children, Thomas & Kelsey and his wife Kate.
